Manish Agarwal Joins NODWIN Gaming Board Ahead of IPO Plans

Gurugram — NODWIN Gaming has appointed Manish Agarwal as a Non-Executive Director to its board as the company advances preparations for a potential initial public offering (IPO), signalling a sharper focus on governance and public market readiness.

Agarwal brings prior experience in scaling and taking Nazara Technologies public, and has also been associated with NODWIN Gaming since its early stages, including involvement during Nazara’s investment in the company. His appointment comes at a time when NODWIN is strengthening its leadership and institutional capabilities as it transitions into its next phase of growth.

He is currently the co-founder of Kratos Gamer Network (KGeN), which focuses on building and organizing gaming communities across emerging markets, and is backed by investors such as Accel and Prosus, with a reported valuation of around $500 million. Agarwal is also the founder of Humyn Labs, a venture working on translating community-driven data into structured inputs for artificial intelligence systems.

In his new role, Agarwal is expected to work closely with the board and management on governance, strategic direction, and long-term planning as the company aligns its operations with public market expectations. The appointment is part of a broader set of measures undertaken by NODWIN Gaming in recent months, including key leadership hires, additions to its board, and efforts to strengthen its capital planning and mergers and acquisitions strategy.

The company is also exploring a pre-IPO fundraising round of approximately $100 million as it prepares for listing. Financially, NODWIN Gaming reported revenue of ₹530.3 crore in the first three quarters of FY26, surpassing its full-year FY25 revenue of ₹524 crore, while continuing to maintain EBITDA-positive operations.

The latest development underscores NODWIN Gaming’s efforts to build a more structured and investor-ready organisation as it positions itself for entry into the public markets.
