Mumbai: Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) today announced its unaudited second quarter and half-yearly results for FY2025.
Financial Highlights:
- Q2 FY2025: Total Income stood at Rs. 1,207.6 crore, with a Total EBITDA of Rs. 154.8 crore.
- H1 FY2025: Total Income reached Rs. 2,426.2 crore, and Total EBITDA was Rs. 298.3 crore.
Key Developments:
- Strategic Partnerships: HGS signed two major contracts in North America for core technology services.
- Technological Advancements: Launched a new AI Hub in Manila, Philippines to enhance digital experiences.
- Global Expansion: The new center in Cape Town, South Africa, is already supporting over 65 clients.
While HGS achieved positive financial results, the company also faced challenges, particularly in the UK market. The ongoing macroeconomic pressures impacted overall revenue performance.
Partha DeSarkar, Group CEO of HGS, expressed confidence in a strong recovery. The company is focusing on several strategies, including significant investments in sales, technology-driven operational optimizations, and employee training.
HGS’s Digital Media business, led by Vynsley Fernandes, continued to show growth, driven by initiatives to cater to evolving customer preferences. The company is expanding its B2B segment in broadband and launching new services like OneBusiness.
