Bar Code India Launches AI Warehouse Decision Tool BCI NAVI

Delhi — Bar Code India (BCI) has announced the launch of BCI NAVI, an artificial intelligence-based system designed to support warehouse operations by improving data-driven decision-making.

According to the company, BCI NAVI integrates with warehouse management systems (WMS), edge devices, and legacy enterprise platforms to provide real-time visibility into operations. The system is intended to help teams monitor workflows, identify operational issues, and take corrective actions more quickly.

The launch comes as manufacturing and supply chain operations in India increasingly rely on digital tools, though operational data often remains distributed across multiple systems. BCI NAVI is designed to address this by combining live operational data with historical information to detect deviations, analyze potential causes, and recommend actions.

The platform allows warehouse teams to query operational data, assess scenarios, and identify bottlenecks. It also supports human-in-the-loop decision-making, where AI-generated recommendations are reviewed before implementation.

Ram Bhutani, Senior Vice President at Bar Code India, said the system aims to help organizations translate available data into actionable insights at operational speed. Ajay Bhutani, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, added that the tool is built on the company’s experience in supply chain operations and is intended to support more proactive management.

BCI NAVI includes features such as encryption, role-based access, and audit trails to support deployment in enterprise environments. The company said the system is designed to improve response times, space utilization, material flow, and workforce productivity within warehouse operations.
