Gurugram: Drona Singh Dhull, a Grade 5 student of Orchids The International School in Gurugram, secured second place in Category D in the prestigious NCR Cup 16th Junior Golf Tournament 2024.
The competition, organised by Abhimanyu Parmar, was held at the Delhi Golf Club and drew over 300 junior players from the NCR region. Drona’s outstanding performance against stiff opposition on the difficult Lodhi and Peacock Courses earned him second place and a certificate.
Drona, who has been training with Class A golf professional Mr. Arjun Malik for the past three years, credits his accomplishment to hard work and a strict training regimen. His rapid learning ability and competitive spirit have helped him stand out from his colleagues.
