UST to Create Over 3,000 Jobs with New State-of-the-Art Campus in Kochi

Kochi:, a leading digital transformation solutions company, is significantly expanding its presence in India with a brand new campus in Kochi. This ambitious project is expected to generate over 3,000 new jobs in the next five years, boosting Kochi’s position as a major technology hub.

The foundation stone for the sprawling 9-acre campus at Infopark Kochi Phase 2 was laid on September 30th by UST CEO Krishna Sudheendra. The ten-floor building, slated for completion in 2027, will accommodate 4,400 employees and feature state-of-the-art infrastructure, including a modern gym, a 1,400-seat auditorium, and environmentally friendly design incorporating green energy.

This will be UST’s second owned campus in India, following its headquarters in Thiruvananthapuram. The company, which began its Kochi operations in 2007, already employs over 2,800 people in the city, serving clients across various sectors, including healthcare, retail, and finance.

“The new campus will not only strengthen UST’s presence in the region but also attract more clients and create new work opportunities, positioning Kochi as a dynamic hub for innovation and growth,” said Sudheendra.

Susanth Kurunthil, CEO of Infopark Kochi, praised UST’s commitment to the project, stating, “The company has shown high levels of commitment and determination in setting this goal of having its own state-of-the-art space in the industrial hub of Kerala.”

UST COO Alexander Varghese highlighted Kochi’s strategic advantages, including its skilled workforce and robust infrastructure, which have contributed to the company’s steady growth in the region. He expressed confidence that the new campus will further accelerate this growth by attracting top talent and expanding their client base.

This expansion underscores UST’s continued investment in India and its commitment to fostering technological innovation and economic growth in the region. With this new campus, Kochi is poised to become an even more significant player in the national and global technology landscape.
